In FP1 noble metal thin-film CCSS surfaces will be used as model materials, as their oxidation resistance enables direct SAA analysis. From the considered elements (Ag, Au, Cu, Ir, Pd, Pt, Re, Rh, Ru) the most active CCSS systems and compositions will be identified by simulations, high-throughput synthesis and characterisation including electrochemical probing of thin-film libraries.
